200,000 men are restoring their foreskins.   It's done by gently applying tension to the penile shaft skin, which induces it to grow (just like the earlobes on those exotic tribesmen on Discovery Channel).   Eventually foreskin restorers have enough of their own skin to keep their glans covered.  There are various methods and contraptions to tug on the skin.   I'm offering a simple affordable alternative. 

With this simple device, the gains in sensitivity come right away.  The cone allows you to pull your own skin forward over your glans and keep it there.  Nothing allows your glans and "inner" skin (between your glans and the circ scar) to regain health better than a protective sheath of your own skin.  It must look puzzling, how it could stay in place without any form of adhesive, but it does.   The everting tendency of your skin to roll back out keeps it in place.   Google "Your-Skin Cone Guide" to see illustrated instructions.
