Payment Terms

We accept Paypal payment: Paypal Funds, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck.

eChecks through Paypal can take 3 to 5 business days to be authorized.
To avoid in delaying a shipment please select other than e-check payment option.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction closing.

Payment instruction will be emailed to you when you win this auction.

Shipping Terms

Shipping rate can be found on top of this listing. Rate is good for lower 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska buyers please contact us for the shipping cost.

Combined shipping - you pay the highest shipping fee and add any additional shipping fees listed for the additional items to determine the total. To qualify for combined shipping, items must be paid for at the same time in one transaction. Make sure you wait until you are done shopping your last item to request a combined invoice.

We normally will ship within in 48 business hours of receipt of payment. Our current shipping days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Orders received by 12 pm EST on Friday will be shipped following Monday.

We ship using USPS and UPS.

Shipping time:
First Class Mail - 3 business days (plus 1-2 processing days)
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days (plus 1-2 processing days)
Other (UPS ground) - 2-7 buinsess days (plus 1-2 processing days)

No local pickup.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of the floral industry, all sale are final.

However, insured items received in damaged condition are allowed for return/exchange within 7 days of the items delivered. You must contact us before returning.
