Since our humble beginnings in 2000, Past Generation Toys, with your help, has grown into one of the largest action figure, statue, and toy collectible suppliers on the East Coast. Backed by the Better Business Bureau, Past Generation Toys knows that customer satisfaction is paramount. We carry all the top action figure brands like Star Wars, Transformers, GI Joe, Marvel Universe, DC Universe, as well as, a huge selection of LEGO merchandise. If statues and busts are more to your liking, PGT provides a wide variety of Sideshow, Bowen Designs, and Gentle Giant products. Take all the guesswork out of "the hunt" and take advantage of our preorders. All collectible toys, statues, busts, and action figures we carry are new and unopened in their original factory packaging.

Payment Policy:

Past Generation Toys wants to help ensure that our marketplace offers buyers safer online payment choices. Some offline payment methods may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments.

We accept:

• Merchant credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover Network), debit cards, and bank electronic payments for purchases via Paypal.
• Paypal, you will pay on pages securely hosted by PayPal.

Payment through online payment methods not specifically listed in this policy not permitted.

Return Policy:

Hassle Free Return Policy - Basically, we will refund your purchase for any reason except in the case that an item is opened and it's then decided it's not liked.

If you don't like or want an unopened item we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days after the ship date. Refunds will be processed through the method by which you paid.
Again, all we ask is that the merchandise be in the same NEW and UNUSED condition with all parts included and IN its ORIGINAL packaging for a refund or exchange. If the item you purchased was an open item it must be returned in the same condition as it left us. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we shipped the wrong the item.

Please make sure to buy insurance and tracking for your package for your own protection. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. All returned items must be sent to us prepaid. If merchandise arrives, to us, damaged a full refund may not be given. A partial refund may be in order or the merchandise will be returned to the buyer. Although these types of issue are rare please buy insurance and tracking for returns.

In the event you need to return merchandise, please contact us first for Return Authorization Number (RA#). Then send the item back to the "Return" address on the shipping label.

Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of a cleared payment. Orders that are paid by eCheck through PayPal will be shipped once the check has cleared, which normally takes 5 days once it has been received. If you have any problems with the order process or shipping process, please email or call us!

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within the United States can be sent via USPS or UPS.

APO/FPO Military Addresses: We are able to send orders to APO and FPO military addresses. Normally, it will take 7-21 days for the order to arrive at the domestic port. Arrival to the final destination will take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders we fulfill in-house we ship international orders via USPS.
Taxes and duties on international orders are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please do not ask that we falsify the value of the order.
For orders valued over $50, you will receive an email reminder that you, not PGT, are responsible for ALL taxes and duties.

Simply go to the item you are interested in and click on the "Add to Cart" Button. This will put 1 of that item into your cart. If you need more than 1 of that item, you can either click that Order Button again, or you can adjust the quantities on the checkout page.
