Payment Options:      Postal Order/Bankers Draft, PayPal, Personal Cheque, Credit / Debit Card by phone Personal Cheque: You may send a cheque or Postal Order made payable to 'Computer Wizard Ltd'.   Please note that if you pay by cheque there will be a delay in dispatching your order as we will need to allow 5 banking days to ensure that the payment has cleared.   We will acknowledge receipt of your payment when it clears and give a due dispatch date. If you wish to pay directly into our bank account please email us for details.

Shipping

Shipping Information;   All item prices are final; there is nothing else to add but the shipping! We employ Chris full time to carefully wrap and post your item. The postage and packing charges contain a small contribution to the costs of employing him. We generally ship everything the next day – larger items may take two days to prepare for shipping.   Where possible we will combine deliveries to reduce carriage but we can only do this BEFORE you make a payment. If you pay individually, we may ship individually. Please wait for a combined invoice before you pay. We deliver to the address which is automatically generated from your Ebay record. This must be a confirmed address to avoid delay in shipping. If the address is incorrect you must contact us immediately as we ship quickly. You may be responsible for redelivery costs if the item is returned because you have supplied incorrect details or if the courier is unable to deliver because you are not at home.   We only ship to mainland England, Wales or Southern Scotland for the carriage price quoted on this listing as Seller's Standard Rate. Shipping to Off Shore Islands including the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland will be more expensive. Please do not buy the item, then ask for shipping costs later then say you don't want the item. Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to us via email or phone. Please ensure you check the parcel for damaged before signing for it. If it appears damaged or tampered with please check the goods inside first, if any damaged has occurred either refuse the delivery or ensure the damaged is written on the courier's paperwork.   Collection is available from our retail shop:   Computer Wizard Unit 6 Executive Park Hatfield Road St Albans Herts AL1 4TA Mon 12 – 6 Tues – Fri 9 – 6 Sat 9 – 5       If you wish to collect in person and pay by paypal, the paypal transaction will need to be completed in the shop at time of collection and ID will also be required.   Please telephone in advance to confirm item will be ready for collection. ID will be required – credit cards and cash are acceptable.

Customer Service Policy:    Terms of Sale:   New items are covered by your standard rights in law. All the electrical items we sell are P.A.T (Electrically) tested and will generally have a label on to confirm that. All items are sold as being in working order (unless otherwise specified in the listing). There may be scratches, blemishes on the used items, Where we list as 'tested to power up only' that is all that we have done so please bid accordingly. 99 % of what we sell works perfectly well – anything we know not to work will be clearly listed. 'Tested to power up only' items may be faulty or incomplete. We will refund or replace any new or used item that fails within 14 working days from receipt (unless specified as faulty in the listing, sold as seen or sold as spares or repairs). Item Serial Nos. and security markings must match our records.
