Hang tags are still attached sometimes with mark down price from the original price.
An item may show traces of handling in the retail store. Just like when shopping at a retail store, you may want to have your new clothing cleaned and/or pressed according to the instructions before wearing. When retail tags are attached the item is stated to be "New with Tags."
A missing button or beads are not mentioned when enough extra is included.
