NOTE: Fir wood is a light density wood which has very good odor control properties that aren't found in other heavier woods. Due to it being a lighter density wood, holes are pre-drilled in many places to help avoid splitting. It does not require much force to strip out or over-tighten the screws. Please use appropriate techniques for working with fir wood during assembly!

Overnight shipping: We offer expedited and overnight shipping services wherever possible. We strive to provide accurate quotes for all faster shipping methods. Overnight shipping does not include weekends, and we cannot guarantee same day processing for overnight orders if you do not contact us first. Damage In Shipping: Call Us First! 866.218.8440 - We will work with you to get the case resolved in the fastest method possible working with the appropriate shipping providers, and getting you a replacement item quicker than if you had filed a claim with the shipping provider yourself.

PayPal: We only accept payments through PayPal when purchasing our products through eBay. This is the only way to guarantee that automated processes work correctly. We want you to feel safe and secure in your purchases. Keeping everything within PayPal and eBay protects both the buyer and the seller.

eCheck Issues: Many people do not realize when paying via eCheck that those payments do not clear immediately. You will have to wait 5-7 days after completing checkout and payment for the payment to clear. We are unable to ship your order until payment has cleared.

Auction Payments: We understand that you cannot always be available to pay immediately at the close of the auction. eBay should be sending you messages at the close of auction and then twice more over the next few days. On the 4th day a case will be opened with eBay. This will NOT count against your rating as long as you complete payment properly. If you choose not to pay for any reason, on the 21st day the sale will be cancelled and eBay will close the case shortly after.

Items must be returned within: 14 days after the buyer receives it.

Refund will be given as:  Merchandise Credit or refund.

Notify us via email or buy phone within 7 days of receiving the package and send it back within 14 days for exchange or refund minus shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.

Return Policy: Call us first before returning your item at 866.218.8440 to have an RMA number assigned. We accept returns within 14 days of your product receipt. All returns after 14 days will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs: If shipping to you was free and the item is working, you must pay for the shipping of items back to us. In the case where an item is broken upon arrival and it is not due to shipping damage, Commercial Bargains will assume shipping responsibility.
