Shipping is to USA 48 lower states, Hawaii and Alaska and other US territories there is an extra fee contact before bidding or purchasing, it's our choice of what carrier we use, for majority of our items we use USPS. but again it's our choice on what shipping carrier we use.
Returns
Must contact us before returns will be accepted we will refuse items returned without authorization . Removal or alteration of a product will automatically void your nagornys Return Policy. Products that are returned to us with a missing, damaged or altered piece will be refused and returned to you.

Refunds
are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-5 days after
receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the
merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
