We (Afrapoco Limited) are a UK based company that started life trading under the name Best4Memory in 2008. Due to the phenomenal growth of the business plus our development into providing a much broader range of products in early 2010 we decided to change our trading name to Jazooli. Jazooli now offers an extensive range of high quality electronic gadgets, components and accessories for all modern technologies both to the end user and also the wholesale market.
Based in South Manchester, in December 2010 we moved to a new 2,500sq ft warehouse with better transport links to the Motorway network allowing easier access for both deliveries and mail collections. By March 2012 staff numbers had increased to 10 full time with a further 3 part timers who help out when required.
Afrapoco Limited now operates in most markets around the globe and is continually looking for exciting new products to sell through its various marketing channels including: eBay, Amazon, and Play. We continually strive to deliver the highest level of customer service and will go to all lengths to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase(s) and in their dealings with us.
We would be happy to discuss any special requirements customers may have and would be pleased to source any product(s) we do not currently stock. For the corporate sector we can personalise almost all of our products to meet specific needs, from logo printed packaging to branding components for a nominal additional cost.
We also welcome international customers, however, we would advise that, although we mail out orders promptly, as items are dispatched from the UK sometimes delays in receiving goods may occur. We apologise in advance for any delays and any inconvenience this may cause.

At Jazooli we understand that when you place an order you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss. So whenever an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We dispatch all items via Royal Mail's 1st Class service. The estimated delivery time for 1st Class is 1-3 working days. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com so we can look into it for you. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly we recommend you choose a guaranteed next day delivery service. International Shipping - All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please do not hesitate to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Jazooli customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded without hesitation. Please contact us before you decide to return an item as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging. We can issue a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively we can issue replacement items up to 28 days from receipt. If a product is faulty or damaged then a replacement or refund will be given on the day we receive the original item back. If your goods are no longer wanted you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. On the chance you ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges..
My item has not arrived yet?
Your item will be sent out within 24 hours of placing your order and you should receive it within 3 working days of dispatch but can take up to 10 working days. If you still haven’t received your item please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us tab.
My item has not arrived next day yet I paid for special delivery which is guaranteed next day?
Please make sure that you placed your order before 2pm (Mon – Fri) that day to receive it the next day. We use DPD Courier service which deliver Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm, if you provided a telephone number or email address at checkout you will receive updates on your delivery.
I have received my item but it’s been damaged in the post?
Sometimes items can get damaged in the post, we apologise for this and will provide you with a freepost returns address label and then send you a replacement item. You may be asked to complete a Royal Mail claims form to state that the item was damaged on delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund you. However it is likely that your order has been processed and will already be in the postal system. In this case you will need to return the item back to us so we can process a refund.
Can I collect my item?
Unfortunately this is not possible because we are not geared up for over the counter retail sales, so please order online.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, if you are not happy with the item we have sent you then we can exchange it for something else in our online shop. You might have to occur postage costs on this.
Do you offer a discount if I order more than one item?
It depends how many items you order. If you order anything under 10 items then sorry we would not be able to give you a discount because we already sell our items at the lowest price possible for such quantities. However if you order 10 or more of the same item please contact us and ask as we should be able to offer you some level of discount.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We deliver worldwide to most countries, please see the postage rates in the listing to see which countries we deliver to.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Unfortunately this is not possible because we are not geared up for over the phone sales, so please order online.
