We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card over the phone on 0800 49 69 777 - overseas customers dial +44 1959 570882, Paypal, Postal Orders ( made payable to: woollyhatshop ). Please note we do NOT accept personal cheques.  All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT at current UK rate excluding helmets which are currently ZERO rated.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, you will receive a despatch confirmation e-mail of this - Any stock issues or problems we will then get in contact with that day - time permitting.



UK Post and Packing:

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, this normally arrives next day but we like to advise the item will usually be delivered within 1-7 working days but claims for lost parcels cannot be initiated until 15 working days have passed, as this is when Royal Mail deem the parcel lost.  If you are in a hurry we suggest using our Carrier or Special Delivery options, Recorded Post is a signed for service which is not trackable.

International Post and Packing:

We use Royal Mail International services varing from Small packets, International Signed for and or Airsure depending on which part of the world you are in. Delivery is normally within 4 - 15 days but claims for lost parcels cannot be initiated until 28 working days. International Buyers are responsible for paying Taxes / Import Duties charged by your country.

Here at WHS we conform to the Selling Distance Regulations designed to help and protect you, our customers, when buying from Mail Order Companies.

Unsatisfied? Woolly Hat Shop sets the standard with a 30 day, no quibble returns policy. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days from Invoice date in its ORIGINAL UNUSED/UNINSTALLED CONDITION with proof of purchase.  We will promptly replace it, apply credit to a new order, or give you a refund for the winning bid amount. Returns are simply NO phone calls NO returns numbers just your ebay user ID and e-mail address is all that is needed.



Simply return the item with the packing slip and a brief covering note explaining what the problem is and what you would like us to do to rectify your problem, we can replace, repair or give you a refund minus the original postage charge, credit or apply changes to a new order. Customer's are responsible for your postage costs to return unwanted items to us.



Return the item to our address as on the packing slip. We will take care of the rest.
