Packing & Shipping:

Once your item has been paid for and confirmed, we will aim to have it dispatched on the closest working day (Monday ~ Friday - excluding the weekend and Public/Personal holidays) at 3pm (BST). We always ship items by Royal Mail 1^st class ‘signed for’ to the UK and ‘International ‘signed for’ to countries overseas. Items are sent to the address given by the Paypal account, so if you require the item to go to a different address please give the address when the payment is made or it will be sent to the default address.  The UK delivery is about 1-2 business days, and the Overseas delivery is usually between 7-10 business days.

Refund & Replacement Policy:
