* All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch & all rare items are photographed as well.
* In the unlikely event an items arrives damaged please keep all packaging and contact us within 48hrs of receipt so it can be returned to us within 14 days.
* If a delivery is visibly damaged please do not accept or sign for it.
* Please be aware that any claims for loss or damage are referred to our courier, who unfortunately do not refund p&p costs. They will then investigate the claim and in the case of damage they may need to see the goods and original packaging before making a decision.
* All items are sent fully insured for your security, however any refunds paid will be to the level recovered from the courier after completion of the claim. We are sorry we cannot refund or replace any lost or damaged item until the claim has been processed.
