Instructions:

1. Start by holding the Baby Wrap in front of you. The middle of the wrap should be level with your stomach. You can use the manufacturers label as a convenient guide to help you find the middle.
2. Fold your Baby Wrap in half so it is half as wide as when you started. You should end up with a fabric band about 8 inches wide. Place the Baby Wrap across your waist with the label in line with your belly button. The fold of the fabric should be at the bottom.
3. Take the ends of the Baby Wrap and wrap them behind your back. Bring both ends up and put one over each shoulder so that the wrap crosses in the centre of your back.
4. Take the two ends that are now coming over your shoulders and tuck them underneath and through the band of fabric at your waist so they form a cross to match the one on your back.
5. Take the ends of the fabric and tie them behind your back. Alternatively you can wrap around your waist if there is excess fabric. Make sure the knot is secure!
