Packaging: We do not guarantee the condition of any outer packaging. If an item is described as new it is the item inside the packaging we are describing not the packaging, new means the packaging has not been opened and the item inside is unused. Packaging my have dings, creases or crushed bubbles it may also have price stickers still applied. Please pay within 2 days unpaid item reminders will be automatically sent after 2 days. If you have any problems with payments please let us know as soon as possible, if we don't know we can't help you. We always give a shipping discount on multiple purchases if you request a total before paying for items. Items must be paid for all at once to qualify for a shipping discount. We do not make partial refunds so please do not pay until you have received your invoice for multiple items purchased. Shipping: Items will usually be shipped within 3 working days of payment being received, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do not accept responsibility for items missing in the post unless a tracking service is purchased. If you do not purchase a tracking service and your item goes missing we will not be held accountable nor will we enter into any discussions regarding missing items. We always give a shipping discount on multiple purchases, please request a total before paying for items. Items must be paid for all at once to qualify for a shipping discount. Returns: We are very happy to accept returns, please contact us as soon as possible stating the reason you wish to return the item. Apart from exceptional circumstances we do not pay for return postage or refund initial postage costs. We only accept returns by opening a returns case through ebay. Important: An option of a tracked shipping service will always be offered with your invoice. Please seriously consider purchasing tracked shipping.
