Shipping Information

  1. All orders ship within 2 working days AFTER receiving cleared payment (except Holidays and Festivals).
  2. Item will be shipped from Turkey via airmail by Turkish Post. Please check the "Estimated Shipping Times" list.
  3. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (like busyness of the post office, worker strikes, holidays etc..).  "Estimated Shipping Times" list shows the shipping times in perfect conditions. 
  4. On any post office delay, shipping time can be 15 days for Europe, UK and Middle East.  And it can be 21 days for US, Canada, Australia, Asia and the rest of the world.
  5. After we ship the item, we send a shipping notification email to you.
  6. Tracking number is available only to US and a few other countries. US residents can request their tracking number after they get the shipping notification email. For other countries, if you want to know if Tracking Number is available to your country, please ask to us before you order an item.

     

If you don't get your item in;
       -  2 weeks (for UK, Europe, Middle East)
       -  3 weeks (for America, Asia, Australia and the rest of the world.)
           after the dispatch date,  then please contact with us immediately.

 

 

Payment Information

  1. We accept payments via only, which you can pay with most major credit cards.
  2. Paypal eChecks:  Please don't forget that we don't dispatch any item until the payment is cleared and transferred to our PayPal account. Allow a further 7 working days to clear.
  3. Payment must be received within 3 business days unless buyer has contacted us with any specific reasons.
  4. If you accidentally ordered an item, contact with us to cancel the order.

 

Return Policy

  1. All products we sell are brand new.
  2. If you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
  3. If the item is defective, we will accept the return and we will send replacement without any additional charge.
  4. If you think we sent a wrong side kit (for example:  "front left" kit instead of "front right"), please contact with us and attach a photo of the product that you received . With the help of photo proof, if we have sent a different product than what you ordered,  we can send you the correct one.
     
  5. If you didn't like the product, or if you ordered a wrong item;  we will refund the product cost to you only if you send the item back to us in 7 days after you get it.  We can only refund after we get the item back (in unused condition). 
    Shipping and handling charges are not refundable at this case. Also we're not responsible of the return shipping costs.
     
  6. Please read all the content of the listing.  We will not be responsible if you missed out to read in the listing details.
