Defective Products Guarantee: All equipment and/or supplies are fully warranted for 30 Days. Defective parts are will be replaced if available and in stock, or issued a full refund. We must be notified of any defects within 30-days of receipt.
RMA Number: Items being returned for replacement MUST have a return material authorization (RMA) number. Returned packages with no RMA number may be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please call or email.
Restocking Policy: Items returned must be in the original condition. We reserve the right to null said warranty if this condition is not met. Units that are found to be free of defects or missing components will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damage or deletion to systems that have resulted from the use of our product(s). While we offer specific warranty periods on the equipment we sell, there may or may not be an additional manufacturer’s warranty on this product. We offer our warranty specifically on defects in material or workmanship only. We assume that our customers will have a high degree of general and specific knowledge about the products they are ordering from us and are responsible for choosing the proper product for their application.
Handling Time: Products ordered by 2:00PM Central US time (Monday-Friday) will usually be shipped the same day. Products ordered after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. The customer will be contacted if any unexpected delays occur while orders are being processed.
Signature Requirement: Items valued at $50 or more and being shipped by UPS will automatically require a signature unless customer requests that no signature needed if so desired.
Shipping Limitations / Delays: All shipping dates and estimated delivery dates are approximate and are based upon current availability of materials and prompt receipt of all necessary information. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance caused by or imposed by strikes, fires, disasters, riots, Acts of God, governmental action or any other cause or condition beyond our reasonable control in the event of any such delay or non-performance.
FOB Origin: All international orders are FOB Origin which means that you take ownership of the shipment after it leaves the United States.
Additional International Fees: IER Computer is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs broker fees, or any other additional costs that may be imposed when your shipment reaches your country. By placing an order with IER Computer, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping and insurance costs. If you choose to not pay these fees, then you agree that you have abandoned your package and are not entitled to any refund from IER Computer. Once the package leaves the United States, the package is your responsibility to either claim or abandon.
Import Restrictions: Please be aware that some items may be restricted for import into your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that items ordered from IER Computer are legal to import into your country. Although we will do our best to assist you with additional information or documentation, if your shipment is confiscated by your country’s customs, it is solely your responsibility to either claim or abandon the shipment. No refunds will be issued for items confiscated by customs outside of the USA.
Locations: We ship to all areas in the United States and most countries outside the US via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Shipping Carriers: Other shipping carrier options are available on request. USPS Priority Mail is the default carrier for international shipping, however FedEx or UPS may be used at our discretion.
