RETURNS 

In the unlikely event that you were dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Item must be in its original packaging and conditions. Except in events where Medondemand is at fault, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Returned items without an RMA# will not be honored.
