All our products are shipped out on the day that the order is received by us, except in very busy times, over the festive period for example. ToyWorld Express Ltd ships all our toys through Royal Mail’s second class service (to keep costs down to our customers) unless a special delivery option is requested by one of our customers. This also gives us the option to offer free postage on selected items.

Delivery of items to the following Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE incur higher delivery charges ToyWorld Express use Royal mail, DHL, Parcelforce & FedEx. If the actual delivery charge to far off regions mentioned above is more than you have paid at checkout, a separate invoice will be sent out to you to cover the difference in delivery cost.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address, telephone and e-mail details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

ToyWorld Express accepts no blame for late deliveries if this is your chosen method of payment, however we will do our best to insure the transaction is carried out swiftly.

Products you have purchased may be returned for any reason within 7 days, but you must get our permission to return an item before sending it back to us, and it is subject to certain exclusions as below: The product must also be returned in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.

If the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description; the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, the product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or refund you at our discretion.

You must return the product to us in a perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging materials, or we will not accept the return as we will be unable to resell that product. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and have left our warehouse by carrier or post, we will charge you for the delivery of the products.

ToyWorld Express would ask you to check the status of your order before you request cancellation. If it is an order that included free delivery, then a small delivery charge will be taken from the original payment amount to cover the delivery cost.
