Shipping and Handling as noted on item sales page 4. Buyer is responsible for actual shipping and handling charges if the quoted rate does not cover the shipping charges. 5. All shipping quotes are estimates and subject to change. We will try our best to accurately estimate the shipping costs. If our shipping estimate is lower than the actual shipping cost, we will notify you to PayPal additional shipping cost. 6. Winning auctions are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days after funds are deposited into my PayPal account.

Refund POLICY 1. Refunds allowed within 7 days of delivery if Gracie's 2 Wheelin mislabel the part: part is not as described or doesn’t work. 2. Items sold by Gracie's 2 Wheelin are used parts (in most cases). 3. Buyer must notify Gracie's 2 Wheelin of any shipping discrepancy within 3 days of delivery. 4. If any item is approved to be returned, the item must have all original packaging and the item must be in the same condition as when we shipped. 5. If the Buyer ordered the wrong part or for some reason other than listed above need a return, Gracie's 2 Wheelin reserves the right to charge a 20% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee and the Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
