What is this auction for?  A DEMO MODEL NORCO SKID STEER ROCK CRUSHER.  Item includes hoses and couplers, a hydraulic motor rated from 10 - 20 GPM @ 3000 psi and a universal skid steer mount.  This item was used for making our famous videos that can be seen below or on our web site.  It does have scratching as it was used.  Full warranty still in effect.  This item is in stock and ready to ship.  No waiting!  Pay by noon and it ships in the afternoon. 

What type of an excavator will this item fit?

Any modern skid steer loader using a universal quick attach and auxiliary hydraulics rated 10 - 22 GPM @ up to 3500 PSI.

 

The Norco Rock Crusher features a truly unique drive system that does not use teeth.  It uses a unique, heavy duty drum system to crush the material.  This saves on parts count and wear parts that would otherwise wear out on other styles of crushers.  The chute will accept material up to 23" wide by 6 inches thick and it crushes down to 2".  This crusher is classified as a secondary crusher.  It will ideally work with uneven material sized in the 4" x 6" range and efficiently crush it down to 2" maximum diameter. 

The Norco Crusher is fast and simple to use.  You just need to understand that just because the chute is 24" wide, you cannot just drop 24" boulders into the crusher and expect it to work. At that size, the drum cannot get a hold of the material to crush.

This item was originally designed by a mining engineer and is based on much larger crushers that have been in production for many years.  By downsizing the design, a Skid Steer Mounted system was able to be produced.  The design is so simple, it does not even require high flow hydraulics to operate.  It is the efficiency that crushes the rock and not just brute force.  The mounting system lends itself to easily mount to your skid steer, or with an adaptor you can put it on your mini excavator or backhoe.

Shipping: Flat rate shipping is available only to a business address or freight depot.  If you would like this item delivered to a house, you must be present and have a machine to unload.  Exact time deliveries are not available.  The trucking companies will provide you with a delivery window.
