Unfortunately, from time to time the postal service loses parcels. Please buy with confidence as we do not hold the buyer responsible for lost items as do other sellers. In the case of lost parcels we will gladly send you a replacement item or give you a full refund if a replacement item is not available. We will send a replacement item or give a refund once we have tried to track and trace the item through Royal Mail (if not buying from the UK then your government postal service will be contacted).
