- Return Policy: Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days provided that the leather footwear does not show wear. There will be a 10% restocking charge on all returns but not on exchanges. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping of an item returned for a refund. The buyer is also responsible for shipping costs for an item which is returned for an exchange of style, size or color. Please email the seller directly concerning returns or exchanges for resolution to the full satisfaction of the buyer.
