You are buying a Kershaw Shallot All Black Plain Edge blade consisting of 14C28N  cutting edge. They were purchased in bulk and have no boxes. These are marked blems ( designated by the 4 small x's on the blade) because they have some minor scratch or flaw in printing. These are beautiful knives. I haven't seen any that were marked for any other reason. They feature a 3 1/2 inch blade and measure 4 3/8 inches overall. These do not carry factory warranty, but if you ever need a clip screw or spring or other small part , all it takes is a phone call to Kershaw and they will mail you those parts.
