Offered here is a handsome pre-owned Baron 540 touring car replica, manufactured in Germany by DBS Blechspielwaren.  Whether you are a collector or simply appreciate fine craftsmanship and attention to detail, you will be sure to enjoy this impressive replica of a pre-war Lehmann tin litho toy.  Crafted entirely of metal, the car features tires that turn plus opening and latching doors, which reveal a chauffeur at the wheel and a refined lady passenger in the back seat.  It is beautifully detailed all around, right down to the Balloon Cord labeling on the sidewalls.  While the car is in excellent condition overall as you can see in the pictures, the original wind-up drive mechanism and key are missing.  In blue/natural.  5"H x13"L x 5"W.  Not a toy.  It comes with original box which has a number of its closure staples missing (see photos) and a booklet with interesting information on the history, manufacturing and operation of the car.
