Dispatch will be next working day if payment is cleared before 6pm with a 3-5 working day delivery time.

Artificial Flowers will not accept responsibility for lost,damaged or stolen parcels where the buyer has left a message for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with someone else. The same applies for parcels delivered to business addresses where the customer was not present to sign for the parcel in person.

Dispatch and delivery times are for working days only. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. For example orders made on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

We do not ship to the channel islands. We do ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and the Scottish Highlands. In some cases a surcharge may apply. This will normally be included in the price however in some cases we may contact you if an additional charge is required. Please allow a little longer for delivery to remote areas.

All our items are covered by a 7-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it at your own cost within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Consumable items (such as our gift boxing) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund given.

For returns, the customer has a duty to ensure items are returned in original condition and are adequately packed and protected for transit.

In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged then please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will  send you a replacement item or provide a full refund. 

Artificial flowers reserve the right to request proof that an item is damaged before making a refund or a replacement. A photograph of the damage submitted by the customer is usually sufficient for this purpose.

We will not replace or refund for damaged items that were not delivered directly to the customer. This includes business addresses, friends or neighbours and designated "safe" places where the delivery has been left unattended on instructions from the customer. 

Artificial flowers will assume your delivery is in good order 24 hours after delivery and will not offer a replacement or refund for damaged items after this time
