In order for eBay to cleanly and automatically combine your multiple items, please make sure you do the following:

• End all of your desired auctions WITHOUT individually paying or "checking out" for them
• When you are ready to pay for ALL of your multiple items AT THE SAME TIME, then proceed to the checkout and eBay will recognize that you have more than one item with the same seller and thus giving you the option to combine your multiple items into one order
• DO NOT pay for the auctions individually; eBay can't automatically combine your multiple items when they are paid for individually.
• Make sure all your items will be shipped at the same time and to the same address

Payments are due within 7 days of auction close unless other arrangements are made.

After 3PM PST M-F - ships next business day

(If your payment is received on a Friday after 3PM PST, your item will be shipped the following Monday or following business day.)

We ship using the USPS (US Post Office) and we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.  

Do you notify me when my item has been shipped?

Yes! You will be emailed the USPS Delivery Confirmation "tracking" numbers at the time of your shipment. USPS Delivery Confirmation "tracking" numbers (shipment notification email) are emailed for Domestic US shipments only - not on international shipments.

(If you do not receive the shipment notification email, you may want to check your "spam" folder. Otherwise, please email us and we will be happy to email it to you.)

A note about the USPS Delivery Confirmation system:

The USPS delivery confirmation only provides info when the item has been prepared for shipment and when it is delivered. Unfortunately it isn't a state to state tracking like UPS or FED EX and often times the delivery confirmation "tracking" info isn't updated daily. Since we are in CA, delivery can be anywhere from 3-11 business days. For Canada and all other countries please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

We will also reimburse the amount it cost you to send the defective item back to us when shipped through USPS only (please include a copy of the original invoice with return - returns without proper documentation cannot be processed).

IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS of RECEIPT - We will credit you back the cost of the item minus a restocking fee that will be determined by the initial price paid for the item.
