All orders are shipped via couriers, DHL for the UK and Interlink Express for Europe. Exceptions being smaller items like gloves are delivered by the Royal Mail.

Orders where payment has received before Midday are despatched the same day (weekdays)

Where possible shipments may be combined - the checkout/invoice link which is emailed after purchase will automatically reflect this.

Please use the 'Shipping Calculator' to get an accurate shipping cost - this is particularly relevant for those living in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, IoM, Northern Ireland etc and European shipments

We accept payment via Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Delta. We also accept cheques but please allow time for your cheque to clear. Payment by credit/debit card may also be made over the phone – 01257 426027

We will accept returns for a full refund (incl original P&P) if they are returned within 7 days of receipt and item is still with tags with original packaging. Under Distance Seller Regulations, the buyer will need to cover the return P&P. All our products come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee. Should any fault arise from a manufacturing issue within this period then we will arrange to replace the product with a similar item.
