Tracking Your Order
If you miss the delivery, a calling card will be left, please call the number provided in the calling card to arrange re-delivery. If you don't receive your item within the stated time, please contact us and we will try and track the item for you.


Incorrect Addresses
Please provide your address correctly, if you want us to deliver to an alternative address, please change the address when you check out. If the address is incorrect or a calling card left and no re-delivery arranged, we will charge the p&p cost (minimum £3.50 applies)..

Returns
For your peace of mind, you can return the unwanted item within 7 days, but it must be original condition with original box and packaging. If you change your mind, you can return it for a refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the item at their own costs. The p&p cost is non-refundable (minimum 5 pound applies).


Faulty Items

It is unlikely, but if an item has developed a fault, please contact us and we will try to replace it. Within 7 days of you receiving the faulty item(s) You must report to us, we will cover return postage costs or collect the faulty item back, And send replacements. All returns must be received within 14days.

Please don't book a plumber until the item arrives in great condition.



Restocking
Wrongly buying an item, will result in us charging 15% of the item price to cover re-listing fees and also loss of business.
