This item starts up and rides like new. It includes all seen in the picture. Charger and red key (fast key). The mat is dirty and has a few tears,including a tear near the kickstand that is hard to see in the picture. but is functional and does NOT need to be replaced to ride it.
There are scratches and other signs of use, most of which can be seen in the large pictures I posted. Pleaes note this item is several years old, it will show signs of being used. Please dont expect perfection in the looks area. This Segway functions like new. It will show signs of use.
