First Class International shipping can take up to 5 weeks for delivery to account for customs and transit delays.

Customers are responsible for paying all taxes/duties imposed by their respective country.  Customs taxes/duties are not included in the price or shipping cost.  Please check with your countries Custom's office to determine fees before purchasing an item.  These fees are normally collected at time of delivery by a delivery agent.

ITEMS SHIPPED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS (NOT DUE TO OUR MISTAKE) OR CONTACT WITH US AFTER WE HAVE SHIPPED CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RESHIPPED. ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE BUYER IF WE NEED TO RESHIP THE ITEM. WE ALSO CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ITEMS LOST/STOLEN AFTER TRACKING HAS A CONFIRMED DELIVERY.

      We love happy customers!  We offer a 14 day return policy. If we send you the wrong or a defective item, we will reimburse you 100% for return shipping and send you the correct item.  However, if you order the wrong size item then you would be responsible for the return shipping and we'll cover the shipping to send you the size you need. 

     For returns, please contact us prior so we can process your return and give you a Return Merchandise Number(RMA#). All items returned will need to be unworn, new with tags, unwashed and in the same condition as sent. We cannot accept undergarments, compression shorts, mouthgaurds, protective cups and socks even if they are new.  We can either exchange your item for the same or of equal value or grant a refund(less shipping).
