All items are sent by 24 hour courier this will include both signed for tracked delivery and insurance for the product delivery.  Your product should arrive within 2 business days. 

The shipping price quoted is for standard UK mainland postcodes, excluding Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands.  Some Scottish Lowlands postcodes are also excluded, these are DG, TD, FK1-19, KA1-26, KY, ML, PA1-14.  We still offer a courier service to these places but please ask for a quotation.  If you are unsure if you fall into this category please email prior to bidding for clarification.

Collection

All items are available for collection, please email after the listing has ended to arrange collection, in most cases collection is available as soon as the auction has ended but always email first.

Returns

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, all returns must include all original items undamaged, all original packaging including manuals etc. PLEASE ALWAYS EMAIL us first in the event of a problem. We do not offer a refund if you decide you do not like or require the item.
