The auction is managed on eBay Giving Works by Auction Cause, a
premier celebrity and brand auction management agency. All bidders
must have a PayPal account to bid on this auction. A bid is a
legally binding contract. Please do not bid if you are not 100%
certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price
promptly.
By participating in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees
to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions
mentioned here. We reserve the right to reject any bids at our
discretion and screen all bidders. No part of the text, design,
photos, video, or other content from this auction or associated
pages may be used without written permission of the appropriate
license holders.
PAYMENT
Payment by PayPal is required within (3) business days of the
auction close. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time
will result in default of the bid and we may select the next highest
bidder. A portion of the winning bid amount may be tax deductible.
Consult with your tax advisor for more information as we cannot
provide specific tax advice. CA residents are required to pay sales
tax, please refer to the Shipping Tab in this listing to see the
current CA sales tax rate.
SHIPPING
Please refer to the "Shipping & Handling" section of
this listing for costs, carriers and other shipping information. Free
local pickup in Los Angeles from zip code 90048 is available if payment
is made in advance. If bidding on more than one item, please wait to
pay in order to get a discounted combined invoice from the seller.
Insurance is included in the s/h for all shipments. Sales over $250
require an additional $2 handling fee to cover the required
signature confirmation for the security of seller and buyer.
CUSTOMS
All customs duties & taxes are determined by the winning bidder's
country of residence and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Seller will state on customs forms the true sales price and cannot
mark it at a lower amount.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Please check the description, sizing, and
details of the item(s) carefully. Different designers' sizes may not
fit true-to-size, so please bid accordingly.
THANK YOU LETTER
Auction winner will receive a thank-you letter from Khloe and Lamar.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Except if specified as "New with Tags", all items have been
professionally dry cleaned but may be subject to light / gentle
signs of wear which will be described to the best of our ability,
though it is possible some details of wear were not noticed.

Cathy's Kids was
founded by Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom in March 2004. It was developed as
a means for Lamar to streamline all his charitable efforts and focus on making a
positive impact on the lives of under-privileged children, as well as targeting
a disease that has played a significant role in his life, cancer. Lamar lost his
mother to stomach cancer and subsequently is committed to help causes that are
focused on finding a cure and helping people who suffer from the disease. Lamar
is focused on ensuring that funds are available for under-privileged youth that
live in the inner cities of New York and Los Angeles. It is important to Lamar
that young people, especially between the ages of 9-14, have the resources they
need to get all the opportunities available to succeed in life.
