Payment should be received within 3-4 days of the sale date. If there is a delay then please email us. However, all items must be paid for within 7 days of the auction ending.

The item will only be dispatched once payment is made and funds have been cleared.

If you are paying by cheque or bank transfer then please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to clear after which your item will be shipped.

This item is currently available for free delivery within mainland UK. However, additional surcharges may apply to certain areas. Please click here for more information. At the discretion of management, the surcharges can be removed. All of our items are delivered from a warehouse. We deliver the item within 15-20 working days of receiving payment but usually the item will be delivered well before then. Our aim is for you to have your item within a week of purchase. In exceptional circumstances the item may take longer than 15-20 working days but we will contact you if this is the case. If you require the item urgently or within a specific space of time then please give us a call on 01772 499081 and we can advise you as to exactly when you are likely to receive the furniture.

Once you have bought an item, please email us your home and mobile telephone number. Failure to do this may result in a delay in your item being delivered. All deliveries are booked in 2-3 days prior to delivery and the driver will also call you an hour before arrival.

The drivers operate modern liveried vehicles. They are fully trained and knowledgeable about the product they are delivering.

Returns Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee if you decide that you do not want the item based on the following terms:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging

It must be unused and complete

The customer must be liable for all delivery charges so a refund will not be given for the delivery charge incurred by us nor any costs that you may incur in sending the item back to us.

Please notify is within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return the product after which we will provide you with delivery information.

In the unlikely situation where the item is damaged, please adhere to the following procedures:

Advise us within 3 days of receiving the item that it is damaged

Send us an email to info@narafurnishings.co.uk with a brief description of the problems and some pictures showing the nature of the damage

Once this has been received, we shall either exchange the item with a perfect brand new one or collect the item from you and offer you a full refund. This depends on the customers' preference as to whether they want an exchange or a refund. Both service are offered at no additional cost to the customer.

In some situations, where both a collection and exchange are not convenient, we may offer some form of compensation due to the damage. However, this decision lies entirely with our management team

Please ensure that the original packaging is kept for the item

Please note that all items are inspected prior to dispatch and will also be inspected when returned.
