PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment by PayPal, personal cheque/ e-cheque, postal order or credit/debit cards, from UK BUYERS ONLY. We can only accept PayPal (in UK sterling) from overseas customers.

Your payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. When paying by cheque please note the item will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Please note that all pending e-cheque's through PayPal take around 10 days to clear.

Please be aware items unpaid after 7 days of purchase may result in us opening an unpaid item dispute.

RETURNS

We only issue sale price refunds of the item excluding the postage cost, and only if you have purchased a 'buy it now item' returned unworn within 7days of purchase!

Auction items will not be refunded, you can exchange your item if the item is unworn and in original condition as you received it.

You will have to pay postage fee's according to the destination, for your exchange item to be re-dispatched out!

POSTAGE & PACKAGE

We post all our items via royal mail 1st class recorded post, and to ensure same day dispatch please make payments before 2pm.
