1. It is very important to make sure your postal address is correct. All items will be shipped by Economy Airmail within 1-2 business days, after receiving the full payment.

Exchange
You can return any items which you bought from us to exchange to the right items if the items keep in their original condition that same as we sent you.
1. If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will exchange it free for you, as long as we receive the item you sent, and in original condition.
2. If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, such as you choose the wrong size, the wrong color and so on, and need to exchange it , we are also pleased to exchange one for you as long as you pay for the postage and balanced price difference.
3. If your exchange request is not available, we will process it as a refund instead.

We will refund you on the following terms:
1. If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will 100% refunds to you as long as we receive the item you sent, and in original condition.
2. If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, except it's a customized dress or promotional dress, you can also get the refund if we receive the item you sent with original tag and package. Only you are required to pay 15% restocking fee and the two ways shipping cost.
3. If you received the items in bad condition because of the shipping, please refuse to sign for and note the reasons for returning, then we will deal it with the courier, and resend a new one in free or refund to you.
