While we do occasionally use recycled materials, we generally use new, heavy-duty boxes and high-quality shipping peanuts, bubble and foam products to ensure safe delivery. For International shipping, additional handling time may apply. Attention International Buyers: Unless otherwise stated, all electronic items are set up for U.S. voltage of 120v. Voltage conversion is your responsibility. NO RETURNS accepted for voltage incompatibility. Video products are NTSC compatible unless otherwise stated.  

 

Vintage Electronics Note: Please be aware that many vintage components (1960's, 70's, 80's) will require maintenance throughout their lifetime. While we do test everything, sometimes there will be things that we can not test for or offer a warranty… specifically, we can not attest to the current state or life expectancy of output transistors or capacitors. We do not open up every unit and test every individual component. We play it, and we can tell you how it sounds. This also applies to dirty potentiometers (scratchy knobs / controls). If we hear a scratchy control during testing, we clean it with DeoxIT. Anyone that works on vintage gear will tell you that sometimes, these symptoms come back even after cleaning. This is normal. It might need to be cleaned again. We do not consider this a defect… but rather general maintenance that will be needed with all vintage gear during its lifetime. Also of note, is that things were different in the 70's… a lot more people smoked. Again, we don't open up every component looking for signs that a previous owner might have been a smoker. If there is an obvious and offensive odor, we will certainly make note of that but otherwise, residual signs of tobacco use are not considered a defect. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns for any of these reasons.  

 

Payment: Prompt payment is expected and appreciated. Please make payment via Paypal within 48 hours of auction close. Failure to make payment within 5 business days of auction close will result in a report of non-paying bidder to eBay. Payment by other methods will be considered upon request.

 

Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item. If item received is defective or not as described, we reserve the right to offer a comparable replacement or to repair the item. If this cannot be done in a timely manner, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs upon receiving the returned item. Refunds issued for any other reason will not include shipping costs. Items sold "AS-IS" are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
