Shipping Policy

 

• Your bought item will be sent via Royal Mail tracked postal services. We post the item(s) within 48 hours of cleared payments. All our deliveries are signed for deliveries and if you are unable to receive your parcel for any reason, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks from local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

Returns Policy

 

• • Dear Buyers,

    1- The Item bought is brand new. Returns will not be accepted, if the item has any sorts of marks of wear (i.e make up). Washed, other type of smell Body or Smoke. The item will be rejected for a return.

    2- All Returns must be notified within 7days of receipt of item. We will not accept returns back after 14 days unless item is faulty. Faulty items must be returned to us maximum of 28 days after purchase.

    3- All exchanges incur an additional postage cost to resend your item. (applies to NON damaged items only)

    4- Postage to send NON damaged items for exchange or refund will be at Buyers expense.

    5- All items must be returned with tags and inner packaging intact, surcharges apply if missing

    6- Buyers should include their eBay user id, Full Name and Full Address in the return packet so we can locate you on the system quicker.

    7- Buyers are responsible for safe return of item.

    8- All Refunds will be cost of the actual item minus postage costs (Unless Faulty)

    9- You Will need to open a Returns case before sending a item back. By opening a returns case, you will be issued a RMA number. This number must be put on the outside of the parcel. If you send a parcel back without a RMA number. The parcel will be rejected and this will incur further costs to send it back again

    10- Refunds can take up to 10 days to process once received back
