Beautiful Civil War, Edwardian or Colonial Skirt, Cape and Sash.  

Skirt has a drawstring waist making it a perfect fit everyone and a 124" sweep.  It is 43" long.  The skirt is a cotton blend.  The cape is lined, and made of matching fabric of the skirt, there is a grosgrain ribbon at the neck.   The sash is black satin.

The hoop, blouse and brooch are not included.

The skirt can be worn 2 different ways.  It can be gathered evenly all around the waist or it can be worn straight in the front with all of the fullness to the back for an Edwardian style.
