1 x sheet of flex vinyl 210mm x 250mm

5 sheets flex vinyl 210mm x 250mm or

1 to 5 metre lengths of flex vinly 500mm wide.

This all new Fast Flex Garment Vinyl is a revelation for garment printers as it features an amazing 3 second press at 160 degrees C, no pre-press required and weeds super quickly and easily to speed up production times.

Fast Flex is a PVC free material for use on a variety of t shirts, hoodies and polo shirts.

Fast Flex can be peeled warm or cold and has a matt finish once applied.

Designed to be applied to Cotton, Polyester and Polycotton blends.

Fast Flex can also be used to decorate polyester or performance fabrics simply by lowering the temperature to 120 degrees C and increasing the press time to 15 seconds. This will avoid any scorching from the press platens.

The standard width is 500mm and available in 19 colours.

The postage charges for each item are what it costs us for post, packing and insurance. Please bear this in mind when marking for postage.

Postage and Delivery Within UK

Standard service for parcels up to 2 kg in weight is Royal Mail Second Class packet.

Standard service for parcels over 2kg in weight is 3-5 day courier.

Optional service for parcels up to 2kg in weight is Royal Mail First Class packet.

Optional NEXT DAY service is by Royal Mail Special Delivery for items up to 1kg or other Courier for items over 1kg.

The NEXT DAY service to remote areas may be delayed.

Orders with a net goods value of £100 or more will be sent FREE OF CHARGE by NEXT DAY courier service.

Postage and Delivery to Europe

Standard service is Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packet for parcels up to 2kg in weight.

Parcels over 2kg in weight are sent by courier.

Customs/Duty Charges

Parcels sent outside of UK may incur Customs or Duty charges at the destination country. It is the buyers responsibility to check whether these charges are applicable and it is also the buyers responsibility to pay any such charges.

Other Information

All orders are normally dispatched on the next business day after receipt of payment. Our business days and times are; Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and exclude Bank Holidays.

We will only deliver to the delivery address that is stated on your Ebay account. If an alternative delivery address is required, you can change this address or add an alternative address within your Ebay account but this must be done before purchase.

If delivery is by courier, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Normally the courier will leave a card if a delivery attempt is made. The courier will normally attempt delivery a second time but if that fails they will return the parcel to us.

If delivery is by Royal Mail, once again please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Most of our products will not fit through a standard size letter box and if a Royal Mail delivery attempt fails, they will normally just take the parcel back to the local sorting office. They DO NOT always leave a card notifying you of the failed delivery. So, if you feel a delivery is delayed, please contact your sorting office in the first instance. The parcels are normally held at the sorting office for 15 days before being returned to us.

If an item goes missing we are obliged by Royal Mail to wait the following lengths of time before pursuing a claim;

UK deliveries, First and Second class – 15 working days, Air Mail – 25 working days.

Please note that postage or delivery charges will not be refunded on items returned for credit if incorrectly

Hours of Business and Dispatch

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays.

If asking questions please be aware that we can only answer questions during these hours.

Items will normally be shipped the next working day by the buyers selected delivery option after cleared payment has been received.

We have deliveries arriving daily so in the unlikely event that an item should be out of stock, dispatch will only normally be delayed by 24hrs and the item will still be received within the timeframe shown by Ebay at checkout. If this is possibly not the case then the buyer will be notified via Ebay messaging.

All questions and orders received late Friday or on Saturday / Sunday will be replied to or shipped on the Monday.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via Ebay messaging to get authorisation for return.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item for any reason then please contact us via Ebay messaging and we will endeavour to solve any problem. Please be kind enough not to just leave negative feedback without any form of consultation.

We will try to resolve any issues promptly and fairly to keep all our customers happy.

Items will not be refunded if they are returned damaged or part used so please check all orders before starting to use it.

Items returned because of failure to deliver due to incorrect address or non collection from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.

We do not refund any postage costs in the case of unwanted items for example ordering the incorrect colour. Postage will only be refunded if we ship the incorrect item.

A restocking charge of 20% may be applied if the item was sent with Free Delivery.

Any item returned for whatever reason must be accompanied by your Ebay ID and reason for return.

General

Feedback will be reciprocated, leave positive feedback and we will do the same.

Items will be sent out to the address on Ebay. Please ensure that the addresses are correct on your Ebay account or items cannot be resent.

Please ensure all items are paid for within 3 days from date of purchase, otherwise a case will be opened automatically.

Payment after this time could result in a delayed dispatch.
