Shipping Guidelines

1) All purchases are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.
2) Ground service is estimated at 7 - 12 business days
3) Expedited service is estimated at 4 - 9 business days
4) Tracking information will be provided on shipments that are considered late.
5) Insurance is included with every shipment free of charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt, providing the item and all it's original packaging are intact, unused, and unopened.

Refunds will be provided only if the product is damaged or misrepresented. Items will be refunded once returned. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless an error was made on our part, in which case the entire expense will be ours to bare.
