PAYMENTS
Payments must be made via Paypal.
Paypal allows buyers to easily make payments using most major credit cards and most bank accounts.
Item will not ship until payment has been made and cleared. Payments will be expected to be made
up until 4 days after sale. If payments are not received within 4 days, we WILL report to EBay.
As we are a business located in California, a tax rate of 8.75% will be applied to all California customers.
SHIPPING
USA SHIPPING
Megakicks ships using UPS and USPS. All addresses must be confirmed by Paypal.
Standard Shipping
UPS Ground shipments within the USA are FREE. Exclusions do apply.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have a surcharge of $10.00.
Expedited Shipping
USPS Priority shipments within the USA are charged $10.00.
APO/FPO
Megakicks supports our military! APO/FPO addresses are accepted and will be shipped via USPS.
PO Boxes
PO Boxes are also accepted, but please note that if UPS Ground is selected, Megakicks will ship via UPS Ground and
in doing so it can cause delays because UPS will not ship directly to a PO Box.
Megakicks will also double box if requested.
Address Changes
Megakicks asks all customers to update or add their correct shipping addresses prior to purchasing.
Megakicks will ship to addresses provided through eBay and/or Paypal.
This limits the problems from fraudulent activities.
If by any chance you request an address change, additional terms and conditions do apply and will be sent via email.
Estimated Delivery Dates
UPS Ground can be anywhere from 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.
USPS Priority Mail can be anywhere from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that these dates are estimated and if in any case you do not receive your package within the estimated arrival date,
please contact us immediately so that we may resolve your problem.
Megakicks will not be responsible for any delays caused by weather or uncontrollable circumstances as it is simply out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Megakicks ships worldwide! All international shipments are made via USPS Express International.
Due to increases in cost for postage, shipping costs may increase at anytime.
Canada and Mexico shipping costs are $40.00 USD plus $15 USD per additional item.
Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America and Australia costs are $50.00 USD plus $15 USD per additional item.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location. It can take anywhere from 6-10 business days but can take much longer due to
being held in customs and other reasons.
Megakicks will ship every international order as a GIFT, however this does not guarantee that you will not be charged any
international customs tax or duties.
The customer/buyer will accept full responsibility for any international taxes and duty fees which may be
charged upon delivery.
This is completely under the control of your country and Megakicks will not take any responsibility
what so ever for these taxes and fees.
Any international package that is refused and returned to sender will be subject to additional fees.
OTHER
Megakicks will also double box if requested.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received with cleared payment before 12PM PST will be processed the same day.
Any orders received after will be processed the next business day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays wil also be processed the next business day.
Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 3PM.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Please contact us to tell us a reason why you are returning the item.
Shoes must be in same condition as received. We will not accept returns if shoes are deemed worn or used.
Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned for an exchange won't be charged.
All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
In case of an error on our part (ie. Wrong Shoe, Wrong Size), we will cover shipping.
All returns must come with a tracking number, since we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Please note, we will not accept returns for International customers and ALL SALES are FINAL.
