Last Documented Sale for my boat was in 2008 by a local yacht broker For $84,000.00 Last Survey done Valued it at $85,000, That's what insurance company goes by and I have never had any claims. Spoke with 5 local Yacht brokers just recently and after they all researched it their pricing averaged out to Starting at Apr. $72,000.00 and taking offers from there. Less the 10 % commission fee they all wanted.

This boat must be considered fairly easy to operate because a sister ship is used as a charter vessel for a Miami sailing company.... All sheets lead to the cockpit via a self furling system to be sailed single handed. It is a very spacious,center cockpit sloop with wide walkways and clean decks. nice forward cabin,semi walk around berth(not a v berth with a double size mattress )large aft cabin, ( Another Double size bed )full galley,head shower combination with separate vanity room with a deep sink and faucet. lots of storage throughout with caned doors for ventilation. Would make an incredible Live aboard cause of all the room. Had a marine shipwright \ Diesel Mechanic on board for last season and did an inspection from Bow to stern and serviced many things .Ie Fluids, Filters and thermostat on motor. ( Bullet Proof Atomic Diesel ) with less than 1000 hrs on it, not even broken in he said. Replaced a cable in steering helm. April 7 2014 had a Marine Service company onboard for inspection and engine service.Opinion was engine has been very well maintained and in top shape. He pointed out many discolored parts ie, all injectors, hoses, belts, Exhaust elbow etc and the low hours on tach. Not even broken in yet was his exact wording. Going to upgrade some gauges then all this will be documented on their invoice. Rigging specialist had previously been on board and did a complete and thorough inspection of sails, mast and rigging. Sails are in above average condition aside from some paint chips on the mast otherwise everything in top shape ready to sail. Had the main washed and was inspected too. Just waiting for weather to change for detailing inside and out:) Hull was cleaned and inspected apr 6 months back. Was cleaned and inspected again this week for new season. April 15 2014 Time for a hull painting was the recommendation by the diver last cleaning. Zyncs were fine otherwise all was well. Over $3000.00 invested in batteries and Xantrex charging system. Two Golf cart batteries for the house batteries installed last season. Lots of upholstery work done, IE. Cushions in galley,cockpit.Upgraded Headliner, aft mattress cover. The only thing I didn’t like is that all Brokers charge their Service based on price of Boat ?????
So all paperwork done proper by
experts is going to run you she says ball bark
$6-700.00
Oh and I own boat straight out with
no liens so it would be a quick easy transaction on my
end.
