1.	The item pictured does not display tags. Does the item come brand new?

Sorry for misleading picture, it is the manufacturer standard product photo for which they take of the tags. All of our items do come brand new with all tags & packaging. 

2.	How long can I expect to wait for delivery?

Our delivery times are displayed at the top of the page, however our customer feedback shows that items will arrive ahead of the estimated delivery date most of the time. 

3.	Will you combine shipping? 

Yes certainly. If you are within the UK, the delivery charge is free for all orders regardless of the size. If you're from outside the UK, please let us know which items you?re interested in and we can provide you with an exact price.

If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 14 days. Please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt, stating reason of return. Returned items should be in original perfect condition, unused and in the original sealed packaging, complete with tags where applicable. Return postage cost is to be paid by customer and is not refundable. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive.
    

Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a replacement and refund any return postage costs. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be processed.
