If the shipping address is in the US, there are 3 ways to ship.

Standard Shipping: the standard air mail. It will take about a week. No insurance and no tracking.

Expedited Shipping: the EMS, which is the fastest shipping. It will take only a few days. With insurance and tracking.

Economy Shipping: the SAL, which is handled as air mail between Japan and the US and as surface mail in the US. It will take about 2 - 3 weeks. No insurance and no tracking.

To other countries, I will send by the standard air mail.

You can choose the expedited or the economy shipping though.
