7:Please you aim the place then insert machine hard disk slot,Adapter card to the left shift or to the right shift then can be inserted into the hard disk card slots but the computer is can't identify the adapter card,because this is DIY products on the size have some deviation.

8:This product support UDMA5,working condition is determined by the machine of the BIOS.some laptops only working in UDMA - 2 state because the BIOS version is too low or the notebook Optical Disc Drives and hard disk using the same IDE channel

2:Mini PCIE interface solid hard except has interface definition of the difference, also has length of distinction: A: half high, length 2.7 cm; B: full high, length 5 cm; C: length 7 cm, Please Leave message to indicate about the length of solid hard,we can according to you of Solid State Hard size for shipping, If no message indicate ,we are according to default 5 cm length shipping!

A: You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered the product can normal use and we will not agree your a refund or replacement. 

B: 2 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories is not in the scope of the warranty ,There are no exceptions!Shipping cost is bear by the buyer for return the goods.The Shipping cost is bear by seller for return the gods to buyer.
