	UPS Standard	×	×	UPS will collect approx $30 USD COD for goods  valued over $200 USD. This is a separate charge from any shipping costs. Goods valued over $1,250 USD will have slightly higher fees.

* Taxes, Duty, and brokerage can apply any time a package crosses an international border. These costs and other local regulations vary widely. The costs involved and knowledge of the local regulations are your responsibility. Please keep in mind that customs forms for all international packages must list the value of your order. This is a Customs requirement and is not under our control. Contact your local customs office for further information.

LEGAL:

Governing Law - The Terms and all related transactions will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. The parties hereby agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. NEOGEO Computers  Inc. will never be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from, connected with, or relating to our products including but not limited to loss of data, business, markets, savings, income, profits, use, production, reputation or goodwill, anticipated or otherwise, or economic loss, under any theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory or law or equity), regardless of any negligence or other fault or wrongdoing (including without limitation gross negligence and fundamental breach). NEOGEO’s liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which NEOGEO is responsible.

 

OTHER TERMS:

If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until a carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.
