Ship Time:
This item has an approximate 2-3 week ship time from payment. Sometimes it can take a little longer depending on warehouse inventory which constantly is changing. If it is going to take longer, we will contact you to let you know and you will be given a chance to cancel the order with a complete refund. Exchange/Return Policy For This Item:
If item arrives damaged we will replace product as soon as possible. If damaged, Buyer agrees to immediately supply us with detailed digital photos of the damage as well as the original box and packaging materials via e-mail. Buyer must hold onto product with packaging until UPS picks up for inspection in processing insurance claim. If buyer disposes of the original packaging and/or item before UPS picks up and/or inspects, we will NOT be able to replace item.

U.S. Buyers: We ship all items USPS Mail, unless otherwise stated. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless free shipping is offered. When purchasing multiple items we are happy to combine shipping for reduced postage rate. Please inquire.
Home Furnishings are only sold within the U.S. We do not ship home products internationally. Please see item description for shipping specifics.
International Buyers: When spending $150 or more buyer is required and responsible for USPS Priority Express Mail postage, which includes tracking. If purchasing multiple items, please do not remit payment until a combined invoice with appropriate postage is received. Please understand, customs may impose taxes on your purchase prior to delivery. To find out what those rates are, please contact your country's local customs office. HauteMix will not be responsible for those fees as they are out of our control.
Please understand, we have implemented the above international shipping policy to best protect Buyer and Seller from loss and damage. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent International First Class Airmail or International Priority Mail that are delivered damaged or lost. We encourage all international buyers to select Express Mail shipping at time of purchase on all items regardless of their value.
Ship Time: We ship throughout each week Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Please see item description for handling time. Realizing there are sometimes special circumstances and requests, we always try to accommodate our customers. Payment Information

HauteMix accepts Paypal credit card and echeck payments. Buyer is required to contact Seller within 24 hours of purchase and payment is due no later than 2 days (48 hours) from purchase. Because of the popularity of our merchandise, if payment is not received within 2 days, item will be automatically relisted without notice to Buyer.
All U.S. Paypal payments MUST have confirmed address and package must be shipped to confirmed address. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
Applicable Sales Tax - All California residents must remit 8.00% tax with payment.

We will honor returns on Pre-Owned items & Home Furnishings ONLY. U.S. Buyers MUST return merchandise within 10 days of receipt. International buyers must return within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned in its original and/or perfect condition (i.e., not used, not worn, with tags remaining, undamaged. NEW items must remain in original manufacturing packaging.

NEW - Item is brand new and never worn. May come in original manufacture packaging.
EXCELLENT - Mint condition and barely used.
VERY GOOD - Item has been previously worn/used but in very good condition and may have minor flaws or irregularities.
GOOD - It obvious that item has been previously worn, however, is in good condition. Some staining, scratches and flaws may be apparent.
FAIR - It is obvious the item has been used and/or worn for a prolonged period of time and is in acceptable condition for continued use.
