I bought out a reseller of computer parts of whatever they had on their shelves. Most items are new or refurbished.
I am not a computer specialist and can only take pictures and show you what exactly you are getting. Unfortunately I can't answer any technical questions due to my non-expertise but would try my best to answer you if information is in the user manual that could help. I will pack this up for shipment once item is bought in case there is a need for a better picture to provide you with.

From what I see, there are some cables missing, The disc is a copy and the user manual is missing. I can also see a couple of caps that look to be puffy ( I know at least that is not a good sign). I truly do not know what else is missing except that there are two cables the same, so you get an extra one.
Since I can't tell the working condition, I am selling this board and everything else "as is" - no return. Instead of selling the parts in separate sales I decided to just sell the whole thing as "for parts or repair". You will be getting a great deal on this one.

On all used items there will be a indiscreet identification marking and kept in my files. This is done to prevent fraud.
I keep records of all serial numbers for that same reason above. Photos are also taken of any and all identifications to an item for my records.

We can't control the shipping time of the carriers. Please contact us if there is a problem as we usually ship out on the next business day. We charge almost exactly what the Carriers charge for shipping and it is always listed in my auctions so you are not surprised at what the cost might be. We strive for the best!
