PAYPAL:

Payment with PayPal is immediate, then we will ship after 24-48 hours of being credited. ANDROS not responsible for any delays caused by the accreditation service PayPal.

BANK TRANSFER:

The shipment of the order is carried out only when the actual crediting on the current account of ANDROS, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled. SHIPMENTS

Delivery:

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the transport document.
The packaging and adhesive tapes are intact.

ATTENTION !!! In case of tampering and / or damage the customer shall immediately report the shipment and / or delivery putting the writing on the delivery document received by courier. The customer then must report any damage within 2 (two) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the shipment and / or delivery and / or operator.

Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of packaging. it is possible combine multiple items into one shipment to save on the final price of the shipment. The calculation of the expedition you will see listed directly in the final order.

Return

All our customers have the right of Return. The defective items or different from the description will be replaced or refunded at the expense of ANDROS.

The right of Return is subject to the following conditions:

It is not possible apply teh Return on only part of the product (ex .: accessories, enclosed software, etc. ...);
You can not apply the Return to audiovisual products or sealed software (including those included in the kit), once opened;
The item purchased must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc ...); To limit damage to the original package, we recommend to enter into a second box; It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product;
The item purchased must be returned in normal condition, as received; will not be accepted products used that indicate signs of damage, degradation or dirt.
