1.	All lights will be checked and packed well before dispatching. Our products are dispatched usually 1-2 days after payment is verified.
2.	After your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number.
3.	All deliveries are arranged by seller.
4.	All deliveries will be shipped by Australia Registered Post. Freight cost and terms & conditions are not negotiable
5.	The postage was calculated by total weight and postcode, affordable and reasonable.
6.	Faulty items will be offered a replacement or refund, depends on your choice. Refund will be given if stocks are not available. Postage is NOT refundable.
7.	All the items we sell come with 12 month warranty

If such an event should happen, we will lodge inquiry with Australia Post Office or the freight company and claim compensation accordingly, the replacement will be sent to the customer once investigation is finalized. In such an event please allow up to 4 weeks for the investigation to be processed.
