This is an interesting piece. Please contact us if you can help identify or have more information! We believe it to be a ring with an approximate 15+ mm ring finger opening (which relates to a size 4 1/4). There is a small hanging tag which is engraved "'91 (1891) on one side and "H.E.U.L." on the other. It is in what we believe to be its original box.
